Exporting with schema - table does not exist [DF 2.1]

Where 'assessment_centre' happens to be the first table in the schema. This happens on both MS SQL Server and MariaDB databases.

I had been waiting to upgrade before posting this issue but I just upgraded and it doesn't seem to have changed the situation. My df-core version is 0.2.3.
